CFC Games – Finley Stadium Rules and Regulations

Finley Stadium strives to deliver a fun and safe environment for fans and staff alike; therefore, the following rules and regulations should be strongly enforced at every event.

Alcohol Policy: Age verification wristbands are REQUIRED for alcohol purchase and consumption and must be obtained at a wristband station located outside each gate, pavilion and inside the stadium.  Proof of age 21 or above is required by providing a valid driver’s license or military ID.  Paper ID’s are not considered a valid ID at Finley Stadium.   Any violation of public law, Finley Stadium alcohol policy or assistance in such violation will result in immediate removal of all parties involved.  Finley Stadium reserves the right to randomly verify identification at any time.  Alcohol sales will cease at the 80th minute.

ATM: Located on the South Concourse.

Baby Changing Stations: Are located in every Women’s restroom through the lower Concourse.

Credit Cards: Will be accepted at all Finley Eats, Sticky Fingers and Zaxbys locations. All mobile drink and beer stands will be cash only.

Disability Services: Wheel chair seating is located behind the 100 level sections. Elevator access is provided in suite levels, located on the South Concourse. For assistance, please seek out the nearest usher.

Distribution of Materials: Without express written consent of Finley Stadium and the Chattanooga FC, all distribution of leaflets, products, and questionnaires are prohibited from stadium property and will result in ejection

Emergency Procedures: In the event of severe weather or lightening, instructions will be given over the PA system. In the event of a fire, the use of elevators is prohibited.

Field Rules: Absolutely no food, gum, seeds, or tobacco will be allowed on the field. Violators are subject to ejection.

First Aid: The first aide cart will be on the North Ramp to the field during every game. A First Aid Room is also located on the Concourse, next to Zaxby’s. For immediate assistance, please seek out the nearest usher, police officer, or medic.

Gate Opening: All gates will open at 6:30pm EST.

Guest Services: Located across from the Elevator Lobby on the South Concourse and will be open from the time gates open till 30 minutes after the end of the game.

Handicap Parking: Handicap Parking is available in the North Lot, Pavilion Parking Lot, and along 19th Street directly outside the main entrance.

Lost and Found: Located at the Guest Services stand on the South Concourse, across from the Elevator Lobby. After an event, all unclaimed items will be held at the stadium by management for a one week, for information call (423)266-4041 and select Option 3.

Lost Child: In case you get separated from your family or friends, please plan ahead to have two designated meeting places, one inside the stadium and another outside the stadium. If you need assistance, please contact the nearest usher or police officer.

Prohibited Items: Items will not be stored at the gate or stadium for pick up after the game.

  • Laser pointers
  • Personal heaters

Re-entry: Absolutely no re-entry will be allowed into the stadium.

Smoking/Tobacco Policy: Smoking areas are provided outside of the seating area in the corners of the concourses and outside the suites of the stadium. Smoking in the seating area or in suites is prohibited and will result in immediate ejection from the stadium.

Strollers: Strollers will be allowed in the stadium but are not permitted in the seating area. A Stroller Storage area will be located at Guest Services on the South Concourse.

Security: Uniformed police officers will be located at every gate, throughout the concourse, stands, and in the parking lots. For immediate emergencies, please seek out the nearest officer.

Soccer Balls: Soccer balls are permitted inside the stadium, but kicking of a soccer ball on the Concourse or general seating area will result in confiscation/ ejection from the stadium. No soccer balls are allowed on the hill under the scoreboard.

Tailgating: Tailgaters may not use adjacent parking spaces and are limited to the space occupied by their vehicle. Open flame cooking is restricted to the grassy areas of each lot. No open flame cooking is permitted on the lot surface.  Inappropriate or unsafe behavior will not be allowed. Underage drinking will not be permitted and will result in arrest. Although trash cans and recycling containers are spaced throughout the lots to aid in maintaining a safe and clean environment guests are asked to bag their trash. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in a guest’s removal from the parking lots and/or summoning of Chattanooga Police.

Ticket Information: Tickets can be purchased prior to Gameday on On Gamedays, the Pavilion ticket booth will open at 5:00 PM. The South Ticket Booth will open at 6:00 PM.

Ticket Scalping: Is prohibited on Finley Stadium Complex grounds.

Water Fountains: A handicap accessible water fountain is located on opposite sides of the Stadium Club corridor on the South Concourse.

Wireless Internet: The First Tennessee Pavilion, Stadium Club, and all suites are equipped with free WI-FI courtesy of EPB Fiber Optics. The general seating area is NOT equipped with WI-FI.
