Enjoy great food\, drinks\, and dancing to your favorite throwbacks – all for a great cause! \n\n\n\n\nDust off that wedding\, prom\, or bridesmaid dress for an evening full of food\, fun\, and fashions from the past! \nThe Moth Ball® by CityScope® is now the largest single event attended by women in the Chattanooga area. Enjoy a night filled with complimentary food\, drinks\, and of course\, dancing with your best girlfriends all for a great cause! \nEach year\, the fundraiser benefits a different nonprofit in Hamilton County that supports women in need. Started in 2012\, the event has gifted over $500\,000 to date for the benefit of these local nonprofit organizations. \nIn 2026\, all proceeds will benefit Downside Up\, an organization dedicated to empowering children with disabilities and their families through connection\, creativity\, and community. While the entire family faces unique challenges\, one of Downside Up’s core values is “care for the caretaker\,” with women often assuming the role of primary caregiver. Downside Up’s programs—family camps\, educational classes\, retreat weekends for moms\, and other recreational activities—offer opportunities not only for children to learn and thrive but also for women to rest\, connect\, and build a lasting support network. Funds raised by the Moth Ball® by CityScope® will directly impact women caregivers and their families right here in Chattanooga. \nWHAT? \nFood\, fun & fashions from the past. An event for women to benefit women. \nWHY? \nIt’s a chance to finally wear that wedding dress\, prom dress\, bridesmaid dress\, or any old thing that’s been taking up residence in your closet\, and it’s also a unique opportunity to support a great cause with your friends. \nWHO? \nEvery year\, The Moth Ball® by CityScope® benefits a different nonprofit in Hamilton County that has a positive impact on the lives of women in our community.
