Catering Menu for 2021 UTC Football Fall Season

We are proud be introducing during the Fall Season an expanded Skybox Catering partnership with Executive Chef Nick Goeller of the Walden Club:

Nick has had passion for the culinary field from a young age, he started from the bottom at age fifteen working dishwashing jobs and eventually learning how to cook and how the industry functions. This lead to Nick attending The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and training among some of the most knowledgable chefs in the country including Master Chef Klaus Friedenrich (Le Cordon Blue).

Moving back to Chattanooga,  Nick spent seven years at 212 Market where he was able to educate himself on local, organic, and sustainable practices as well as network with dozens of farmers. After many years in the industry, Nick has chosen beautiful and historic Walden Club to show case all that he has learned. With success and local support, Nick strives daily to provide an upscale ambiance as a platform for their New South cuisine.
