With 20,668 seats – including 3,465 chair back seats – Finley Stadium is the largest venue in Chattanooga history. Perfectly placed downtown, the North grandstand features a terrific view of Lookout Mountain, while the South grandstand features the scenic downtown Chattanooga skyline.

The facility contains 32 luxury skyboxes and a press box featuring four broadcast booths and room for 60 media representatives. On the Concourse level, there are seven concessions, nine women’s restrooms, five men’s restrooms, eight ticket windows, and nine entrance gates, all of which are handicap accessible. The South concourse also features the 4,000-square-foot Stadium Club lounge, used for a variety of events year round. Approximately 2,000 parking spaces are also available, with both CARTA bus service and free electric shuttle service to downtown Chattanooga hotels.

Finley Stadium and Davenport Field are home to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Football team, the UTC Women’s Soccer team, and the Chattanooga Football Club. Finley also hosts Sale Creek High School football, Scenic City Youth Football, the bi-annual McCallie-Baylor high school football rivalry, and a variety of other events.

Davenport Field features AstroTurf’s state-of-the-art 3D Xtreme product with an UltraBase system underneath the surface - one of the best playing surfaces in the country.

In May 2005, the first artificial turf surface was installed at Finley Stadium, after eight seasons with a natural grass field. In 2015, the surface was replaced with AstroTurf’s state-of-the-art 3D Xtreme product. Along with an UltraBase system underneath the surface, Davenport Field now has one of the best playing surfaces in the country. In 2015, Finley Stadium also partnered with EcoChemical to create a system for paint conversions to happen seamlessly between soccer and football.

Several nationally acclaimed artists have performed at Finley, including Lynyrd Skynyrd, Maze, and Michael Bolton.

Finley Stadium is Chattanooga’s premier venue for outdoor events, whether it’s football, soccer, lacrosse, band competitions, or concerts. For more information on renting Finley Stadium Davenport Field for your next outdoor event, please contact Paul Smith at (423) 266-4041 or
